Kalkan is a small fishing village, nestled in a picturesque bay and surrounded by beautiful mountains. The village is perched on the hillside and it is important to point out the steep nature of the charming but narrow and winding streets. Beyaz Gul Han (simply translated means white rose villa,) is split into 3 air conditioned holiday apartments. Maximum full occupancy 12 people. The 2-bedroom apartments are each equipped for 4 people. Apartment 3 as 1 bedroom plus double sofa bed in living area. The English owner is on hand to help with enquiries, advice, etc. The internal décor is simple but well equipped for holiday accommodation.Beyaz Gul Han, was built in 2001. It is situated in a residential area of Kalkan, on the edge of the old town, and within a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the harbour. Views to the front are of Kalkan Bay and the Islands, to the rear the surrounding hills and mountains. Apartments cost from £250 each per week and the price is constant all season. Pedestrian access to the villa is 20 metres up steps from the access road. The accommodation is split level with steps so is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
